My career has not been linear. Moving from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship and then back into enterprise healthcare forced me to confront how the market understood my experience.
The answer was not to defend the old narrative. It was to build new capability, invest in an MBA, sharpen how I communicated value and keep pursuing problems that required a wider range.
